Project Management
The project management structure is intentionally designed to allow reactivity in the decision mechanisms and a maximum transparency inside the consortium and towards the EC.
The Consortium Agreement rules all aspects of the relationships between partners, including legal aspects, property rights and further exploitation of the results. This major document also defines clearly the management rules of the project (decision level, reporting systems, proceeding for payments, red flag cases, etc.).
